Du Listen: The Reality of Race at Loras College
 

A social media campaign affirming the rich individual experiences of students at Loras College. As Duhawks, we hail from near and far, from Dubuque, to Colombia, to Arizona, and back again. We possess a variety of stories that exemplify what it means to be a Duhawk, individual stories that are both unique and beautiful. Today we strive to highlight individuals’ stories, to shed light on the extraordinary voices, experiences, and lives of those on campus.

As a Breitbach senior class, this project was created as a form of solidarity, to illustrate that students on campus value and uphold the human dignity of all members of society. It is our hope that through these testimonials, you will not only continue to show love to others in our campus community, but that you will tune in and LISTEN to these powerful personal experiences to better understand the reality of race at Loras College.
